Norfolk Long Dance - Longways

A1    RH Star, LH Star
A2    Lines forward & back, Ladies pass in couples between men, Men between ladies
B1    First couple lead down the centre and back
B2    Couples swing to change places (Ladies hands on partners shoulders)

Yorkshire Square Eight - Double Headed Square

A1    Head couples advance & retire, polka across to change places
A2    Side couples advance & retire, polka across to change places
B1    Head couples advance & retire, polka across to change places
B2    Side couples advance & retire, polka across to change places
C1    Heads with couples to their R, RH Star, LH Star
C2    Ladies Chain & Back
D1    Heads with couples to their L, RH Star, LH Star

A1    Top two couples balance twice & swing
A2    First and Second couples lead down the centre, turn as a couple and return
B1    Top 2 couples RH Star, LH Star
B2    Middle man changes with bottom Lady, Middle lady with bottom man
        Bottom four circle L ½, original top couple cast to the bottom

Jubilee Roundabout - Circle

A1    Circle L with rant step, man gates lady round
A2    Circle R with rant step, man gates lady round
B1    Men place ladies in front, 4 steps into the centre & back RH ladies walk round partner
B2    Partners face & pass Right with rant step, clap and do-si-do new partner

Blaydon Races - Circle

A1            All to the Centre and back, repeat
A2            Ballroom hold, 2 chassays to the centre & back, polka around twice
B1&B2    Promenade, men pass to the girl in front, balance twice and swing
