A view of the inside of the water tower at the New St.works. On the right you can see the side of the 8,000 gallon water tank covered in pigeon droppings. The steel ladder provides the access from the second floor of the tower, while another ladder provides access to the tower roof. The construction can be seen on the original architect drawings.
